She had clearly had a busy day and we arrived 10 minutes before closing and she still had a smile on her face and was lovely and friendly and made an effort to chat to us. From Tracey Lee, waited for awhile without my grandchildren, and then asked if anyone was serving, because I could see the staff wiping the bench in the back. And was told I would have to wait until they were ready. No way! I just walked away and went elsewhere. What ever happened to good manners and a smile, I will definitely not be going back there and I will never go back to the Traralgon store again....

I'll never go back simply because of the poor customer service. The girls don't look at you, don't use manners, say thank you or anything. While waiting for our juices they had a conversation about how they were going partying that weekend and talking about drugs.
