I purchased 3 Boost drinks from the Bendigo Marketplace shop. I requested a carry bag since carrying 3 cups by hand was difficult. The staff asked for an extra 30 cents for a small bag, which can only hold 2 cups. Moreover, the bag has the store’s advertisement printed on it. Charging for a bag that promotes their own business seems unfair. Either the bag should be free, or at least not charged while carrying their advertisement. This feels misleading and exploitative. Very bad. I have registered a complaint regarding this issue.

Boost juice taste amazing. Great selection. (Bendigo) My concern is their straws, I understand that some customers can take extra straws but my concern is when I was given a straw, selected and handed to me from an employee who had just finished serving and stacking items, I don't feel this is good practice, I did see one of the other employees use silver tongs to pass out straws. I did ask for another straw.

Ordered vegetable drink large cup with carrots as the base. Ended up having a cup with 8 cheap carrots and some smashed terrible looking green stuff thrown into the cup by the staff. Where is your quality control and whats the standard? Usually very happy with Boost but it seems sliding.

Deeply Unprofessional Conduct – Unacceptable Experience
I

had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Boost Juice location, and it was entirely due to the conduct of the female manager on duty. Not only were the drinks poorly made — watered down and lacking any real flavour — but what I witnessed after ordering was appalling.

I witnessed this manager as she proceeded to confront an employee and publicly degrade her and her abilities in front of customers waiting for their drinks. This kind of behaviour is not only humiliating for the employee but also highly unprofessional and completely inappropriate in any workplace setting.

The fact that this person is representing the brand is alarming. It reflects a complete lack of leadership, respect, and basic professional standards. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge Boost Juice to review who they are putting in charge of their stores. If this is their standard of management, it explains the poor product quality and the clear decline in...

Used to love coming here and you used to see plenty of fresh fruit being used - now they use a total of one or two small pieces of fruit with powders and syrups for a small portion and 3/4 ice. I normally get the Power Plant Protein - I would have expected a decent portion consisting of protein due to the name, but all you actually get are two tiny teaspoons of protein powder. The girl who served me thismorning also appeared to have put fresh orange in my order (the only fresh fruit I could see that was put in my drink aswell) when the Power Plant Protein doesn't have orange in it??

In conclusion, what used to be one of my favourite drinks now just tastes like flavoured ice and you would be genuinely much better off buying a bottled smoothie or juice from a supermarket. $11.20 is a pretty big rip off for what I...

Firstly asked do you want to pay extra to double the fruit. I say surely there is enough fruit in it. Oh sure ok my daughter loves her fruit. So I watch it be made wouldn't even consider the 2 tiny pieces of fruit enough for a normal smoothie and certainly not when promoted to he doubled by paying extra. They were put in with thin liquid juice from the machine, then some ice and some sorbet. The staff that served me - maybe the manager? goes over to the staff member making it and revs her up takes most of the sorbet out and says you fill it up with ice so throws the sorbet down the sink puts in another scoop of ice. Total rip off what is claiming to be a fruit smoothie. A cup of water downed full of ice cup with a tiny hint of real fruit. So disappointed for...
