Rex Espresso — Restaurant in Victoria

Terrible service. I went to the store around 2 pm to buy a croissant. Since my train was leaving at 2:26 pm, I told the cashier ( a young man) that I wanted a fresh (not toasted) croissant for takeaway. I needed to catch my train. The croissants were right next to the cashier counter. After I paid, he turned around and went to the kitchen, and I thought he was getting the croissant from there. I waited for 5 minutes, but no one gave me the food. He then came out with a tray of plates and started working on them, completely ignoring me as I stood there waiting for my food, which was just in the counter beside him There were no other customers waiting to be served at that time. Went to this cafe today and the food looked so old. It looked like it was all brought a week ago. I swear the food is brought from Woolworths and it’s just cut up. That cheese cake is definitely from the freezer section at Woolworths. Also they’re charging so much money for their coffees to be using home brand milk. You’ve got to me joking. Staff require more training on coffee orders, I ordered a jumbo caramel latte, large iced chocolate, and a large flat white. I received a jumbo caramel cappuccino, large iced chocolate, and the smallest large flat white I have ever bought. Coffee tastes great size leave a bit to be desired, and staff made to mistakes in orders during the time I was waiting. Apparently, Latte is not a word...
