I recently visited Boss Burger for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the lack of customer service.

After placing my order, I waited over 25 minutes without any communication about the delay. When I approached a staff member to ask if my meal would be ready soon, I was informed that the standard wait time was around 30 minutes. I mentioned that I wasn’t informed of this wait time when I ordered; otherwise, I may have reconsidered placing my order. The staff member seemed indifferent, simply stating that my order would be organized, but that I needed to keep waiting.

When I asked if my order could be prioritized due to the long wait, she declined and continued prioritizing takeaway orders instead.

Usually have great service but came here Saturday night, my partner ordered food and we waited.. and waited. Someone else had taken our order instead of theirs. They were calling this other blokes order and staring at us and so when we told them that I think he took ours because he came in to check if his was ready, it was a quick we will do it now sorry, though the girl had laughed at the mix up which wasn't the greatest way to react. They told us it was cooked and ready to go, we checked our order and it was still off.. Chips instead of onion rings. Another 5 or so minute wait. Probably not the greatest night of service because when we'd come in they'd stuffed up another ladies order forgetting items when eating in. Highly recommend you DON’T bother ordering from them on Friday nights.

Upon making the order AFTER checkout online, it said we had a 50 minute wait for our order to be ready. Went in 10 minutes prior to find the order sitting there waiting for collection. Got food back into the car and it was all proper cold. Like outside air cold. Taken food back for it to be remade which they have accepted. But it doesn’t take away the foul taste in our mouths that we spent $56 on food, didn’t get told the wait time online until after payment had already gone through, had to wait an hour, then the food is cold.

Sort your ordering process out. We ordered at 7:56pm and still don’t have our food at 8:52pm.
