Donut King Waurn Ponds — Restaurant in Victoria

Donut King at Waurn Ponds who participated in celebrating National Donut day did NOT offer a "FREE" donut, contrary to what they advertised (free donut).

They changed the terms and conditions to suit themselves drawing customers to their store to make a purchase before offering the "free" donut.

We pointed out to them that there was no purchase necessary in the terms and condition set out by corporate yet they refused to honor it even though they were participating in the promotion.

Yet, EVERY other donut king store throughout Victoria gave a free donut to all that showed up, no purchase required. Donut King at waurn ponds said you need to become a customer before they would offer a free donut. Well, we have been customers of the Waurn Ponds store for many years, and also read the Terms and Conditions which this store failed to honor. Shame on you "Donut King, Waurn Ponds"

New owner took over 5months agoso don't let the reviews fool you. The prices have risen and the quality has dropped, the only thing worth buying is the cinnamon donuts but make sure you get a good one Ive had stale, cold cinnamon donuts before. I can happily say Ocean Grove Donut King is the cleanest, and tastiest in the Geelong Region, and locally owned! If I could give a no star review I would. Called in early Friday 1st December to get a coffee and was repulsed by what I saw. After placing my order I stood and watched two staff members with no gloves dipping donuts in icing after touching money and not washing hands.
