Domino's Pizza Waurn Ponds — Restaurant in Victoria

I get it. Times change. Real wages increase. Inflation. Prices increase. Something something Economics. Pizzas shrink. Dominos. Please. We understand your not a charity. You are a business. You are a decent sized employer. But seriously Mr Domino (Waurn Ponds) in this case, I would have liked to have said a few words in that board meeting when you discussed making your product smaller. And smaller again. Imagine the DDD (decade diameter decrease). The answer wasn't exactly brain surgery - charge more for your very average tasting pizza! Everyone happy! That's the way the pizza base crumbles. Your voucher fetish and electronic spamburgers are boring me. You have lost this family. The growing kids have to take a 2nd look - is that a pizza in front of them or a burger? Getting harder to tell every day. You are better than this, well, at least it's fair to say you once were. Appalling customer service at Waurn Ponds store. 90 minutes from time order placed until we had it. Ordered pizzas, because we wanted quick easy food, in store at 6.05pm. At 6.40pm we asked how much longer, they said 5 minutes because they had to remake order. No one could/Would tell us why remake was necessary. Got pizzas, and a free garlic bread, at 6.50pm. At no point did any of the many staff tell us of a delay or apologise. Got home and the order was wrong. Called and asked for store manager. A woman answered without giving her name. She had no explanation for the delay or wrong order, but did point out she gave us a free garlic bread. I demanded correct order be delivered within 25 minutes- at this point we have already waited 60 minutes. This woman told me that they have a lot of new staff and she always has to be training them. When I said that's not good enough, she said "We're giving you free pizza, what more do you want" customer service would be a great...

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to collect my pizza, the store was an absolute mess and I was left waiting for service for about 5 minutes as everyone "working" was standing around and talking. Finally got my order and was horrifically disappointed when I got home.

The pizza was cold and not cooked through, it wasn't cut, had barely any toppings and was so oily - I could have opened up a deep fry restaurant with it. I had also paid extra for the cheesy crust but they really botched it, most of the cheese was on the outside while the crust itself was burnt. All in all, it was just inedible and I ended up eating leftovers I had instead...
