We were able to get a table to dine in on our first night at Bright. The venue is exquisitely decorated, providing a hip yet relaxing ambiance. The service is also good, waiters are friendly and provide a good intro on how to use the QR code to place an order. The food is good, but a bit on the pricey side. What I loved is the chicken pizza which was a bit sweet but tasty. Loved the fact that they had gluten free bases. Thought the capricciosa pizza was way too salty, I guess they put an overwhelming amount of anchovies in it. We had a salad which was tasty but tiny. All in all it was a lovely experience. Not perfect, but would recommend if you are in town. They have a good selection of...

Not even sure how anyone could give them less than 5 stars!! We were a last minute group booking of 12 on a Friday night. Id say we about ordered most of the menu. Service, food and ambience was nothing short of extraordinary. We all left saying wow and alot of us are from hospo. We said that we wanna achieve that level of excellence and have people leaving saying wow thats a llace to remember. I wish i knew the name of our main waiter because they were legendary and definitely helped keep our vibes up after an exhausting day at the snow. Id drive from Geelong just for...

The food was great, but the drink prices are ridiculous!! I wanted a local cider 'Alpine Cider' which was not an option, so I decided on a local drink from the distillery up the road called 'Reed & Co Distillery - Chu Hai Pineapple'.. which ended up costing $20 for a small can - the same can cost $8 at the distillery. Absolutely ridiculous mark up! Apparently 'Chu Hai' is considered a cocktail although it's a pre mixed drink from a can... cocktails are made from the bar staff by mixing different ingredients and flavours.. not simply opening up a can. Very...

One of the best hangs on Gavan st (Bright). We headed to Don Mungo's for early dinner over the weekend and it was half full already! We tried the mushroom pizza, a vegetarian side (made of charred carrots) and chips. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! Thank you team for the delightful food. ♥︎ Oh, by the way, they ran out of seating by around 6:30 pm that day. So we'll recommend either a reservation, or heading in before 6 pm on busy evenings (especially in weekends).

So great!! The pizzas were amazing, I had the vegan mushroom and my partner had tandoori chicken, we were equally impressed! The dough was classic Italian which is hard to find. The negroni was the best I’ve ever had and the espresso martini was sooo good, a nice twist on a classic! We will be recommending to all our friends. My only criticism was it was a bit cold in there! Would have loved if the heater was cranking on a cold night.
