Update (21/02/2022): Having had the same meal over the past few weeks (beef don curry), I must add that, although portion sizes aren't stingy, ingredient ratios are skewed towards the cheaper items. My go to meal now seems to be more rice and less curry (85% rice, 15% beef, veg and sauce). For the $12 they charge I expect better ratios of ingredients. This branch of the franchise is okay. Standard interior with a Japanese vibe. The staff are polite and service is quite quick. The food is flavoursome and having dined in Japan I can say what I ate here reminded me of the meals I ate in that wonderful country. Bad customer service , one of the waitress was very rude, aggressive and abusive to me when I asked for bowls to share , telling me that only kids have like this .When I took photos of the menus she started to come to me started yelling at me to delete it on my phone and aggressively raised her hand on my face in-front of all customers around . We were treated differently as she refused to give us chilli with soup we order she said we should wait for the other food coming first .I wouldn’t recommend others to have food from this waitress she shouldn’t be working she is a bully to us me and my friend shocked I am not going backing there again very rude behaviour lots...

There’s no issues with the customer service as we were well taken care of. However my assorted seafood ramen 🍜 was epic failure 😨. I could not locate much of any assorted seafood in that ramen. I totally understand that inflation is in the air but please don’t project it on the meal. I don’t want to sound harsh but that’s the reality I was put in. I felt the value for the money 💵 was not served well in the meal. My vegetarian healthy freak partner loves his portion.
