The coffee was OK, but the service left a bit to be desired. Asked for lactose free milk, as myself and my husband are both lactose intolerant. Staff member who served me seemed irritated that I requested something different, told me no they didn't have that. When I asked what the options were, again the staff member seemed irritated, rolling their eyes and speaking with a very condescending tone, before providing me with the options available. I'm not sure why this request was so hard, as we have a lot of awareness of intolerances and the person who served me was clearly not making the coffee. Most LOVELY staff, vibe and food. I have come here with my 90yr old Pa several times and we have both fallen in love with how accommodating the staff are to dietary needs and how kind and bubbly everybody is. It is without a doubt that you will feel welcomed, appreciated and looked after whilst at Early Nancy. It’s not everywhere where you can find both amazing service and delicious fresh food, so this cute cafe overlooking the water is definitely worth the visit.
