What a hidden gem. I had to travel to Wangaratta for a medical appointment and wanted somewhere to have brunch somewhere afterwards. This little cafe was only 500 metres from my appointment. It was very busy, but that is always a good sign. My husband and I were greeted with friendly smiles the moment we walked in the door. All the staff were happy and smiling. Our brunch was fresly cooked and delicious. I had the French toast with banana and Ricotta and hubby had an egg and bacon roll. Both were generous servings and very well priced. Our coffees were hot and very smooth, again brought to the table with a big smile. It was so lovely to sit and enjoy delicious food and coffee in such a happy and friendly atmosphere. Read moreDo you ever have a takeaway coffee and make weird noises at how good it is? Today I did. Best coffee I've ever had at a cafe. (Flat white). Best caramel slice I've ever had. My husband had a perfect jelly slice and pesto salami sandwich. I was mad that he didn't save me the last bite.
