Gloria Jean's Coffees — Restaurant in Victoria

Usually I never do these google reviews and I was heavily contemplating if it was worth it or not because the usual staff are so lovely but I’ve decided it is. I came in on the public holiday (March 13th) to be greeted by an older man who was arguing with another woman co worker as I was approaching. I haven’t seen these 2 before so I presume they are the owners. Even while I was waiting for my coffee they were still bickering loud enough it made me and another customer feel quite uncomfortable.
