Called into store today for a meal with my wife and daughter. We sat at a table that was very dirty as were others close by. I asked the male who I now believe to be the owner to wipe the table. He refused stating he was too busy and continued making coffee. A waitress asked me to place an order. I requested her to clean the table and she rudely refused until I placed my order. I refused until the table was cleaned. She told me to go away. I returned to my wife and daughter with a view of leaving. The proprietor approached us as we were about to leave. I informed him the female employee was a disgrace to the business. With that he became very hostile and loud to the point of uncontrolled screaming as he ordered us from his premises. Clearly, this person has an anger management...

On a hot day, not so long ago, my partner and I ordered and paid for our brunch. On sitting down to wait, we noticed that there was a trolley with several 2 or 3 litre bottles of milk in it, just sitting in front of one of the other counters. After it had been sitting there for 10 minutes we asked staff if it was their milk. They rudely said that it was their milk. We explained, that we acknowledged that they were busy, and, yes, we were in an air-conditioned shopping centre, but that the milk belonged in the fridge. We were scoffed at! The shopping cart sat there for another 7 to 8 minutes before it was taken away - obviously to a fridge they have elsewhere. I will never return to this establishment or recommend it to...

Terrible service... Meals overpriced and not what is on the menu. Ordered avo smash with maple bacon only to have avo mixed in with tomato and sweet chilli sauce. The poached egg that came with it was hard, no taste of maple at all. Nowhere on the menu was sweet chilli mentioned in the description. If that wasn't enough my daughter found a huge hair in her crepes. When we spoke to the staff they basically told us it wasn't a hair and it's meant to be in there as it was part of the spinach. We know the difference between hairs and spinach. Will never...
