Poor Hygiene.. Poor Care.. Needs improvement.
Iâve been a regular customer here for years, but over the last couple of months, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Before the renovation, the staff were generally friendly, efficient, and seemed to take pride in their work. Sadly, post-renovation, it feels like an entirely different place with inexperienced, unprofessional staff and poor service standards. On several recent visits Iâve seen at least two young female staff members eating chips from the trays while packing orders, including for drive-through customers. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in a food service business. The wait times are also far too long, even when the restaurant isnât busy, because staff seem more focused on chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. Basic product knowledge is also lacking. I once ordered a large sundae with extra topping, only to be handed a small one with no extra topping. When I questioned it, the staff member insisted they only had one size. Only after asking another colleague did they admit there is a large size. Cleanliness also seems to have slipped drastically hygiene in the restaurant. It feels like itâs in a âcoma,â with dirty tables and floors being ignored. As locals, we genuinely want to support this business and see it succeed. But do we really need to put up with poor hygiene, wrong orders, long waits, and unprofessional behaviour?    Read moreAbsolutely the worst place ever. Trainee girl was so BAD however I was not rude knowing you got to start somewhere.
I had to repeatedly say my order again and again for our food like she could not hear or just didn't care. Then it was still wrong so I had to go back to counter again and wait while 5 other orders went out and still forgot the sauce.
While standing there I was looking over the store and kitchen area and I got to say disgusting floors and food preparation stations.
Staff looking like they don't want to be there sad with angry looks on all faces.
Staff being short with each other and so on.
We sat in the kids playground area and room beside it due to our large group who spent lots of money for the last time ever.
Review your cameras for this.
Food cold and sub standard drinks did not have the bursties in any of them that should have.
To top it off, for a family so called restaurant we got asked "Do you guy's own any of these kids" Reply yes Response can you tell them to quit down we can not hear the drive through.
Um WHO BUILDS a playground next to a drive through.

I had ordered and paid for two drinks using the Hungry Jacks app. When I arrived to collect my order was only given one. I advised the girl at the window I had ordered 2 and showed her this on my app on my phone. She left without a word and went to the back of the building and returned with what I can only assume was the manager. This woman who refused to give me her name, simply said there system showed only one drink. I again showed the record on my app to which she replied, the app is a third party, we don't have the money for the second drink, if you dont get a refund in a few days call them (I have no idea who 'them' are) I replied this was ridiculous and surely they could just give me the drink. At this point she pushed the button to close the window and turned her back on me and walked away. So rude, I have tried to contact the customer service people with no success, so have now sent a registered letter to Hungry Jack's Head Offices in Victoria. Shame on you...
