: Disappointing Experience at Hungry Jack's Traralgon

I recently visited the Hungry Jack's store in Traralgon, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired in terms of friendliness. From the moment I entered the establishment, there was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality from the staff.

Upon approaching the counter to place my order, I was met with indifferent stares and minimal interaction from the employees. There was little effort made to greet customers or engage in polite conversation, which contributed to an overall atmosphere of apathy.

Furthermore, the service was slow and inefficient, with staff members appearing disinterested in fulfilling orders promptly. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority, as my inquiries were met with curt responses and a sense of inconvenience.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the store left much to be desired, with tables left uncleared and trash bins overflowing. This lack of attention to basic hygiene further detracted from the overall dining experience.

Overall, my visit to Hungry Jack's Traralgon was marred by a noticeable lack of friendliness and professionalism from the staff. While the food may have met expectations, the overall atmosphere and service fell short, leaving me disappointed and unlikely to return...

I drove into the drive through to place my order waiting and waiting next minute there taking the car to my left order even though I was there first ti make matters worse they then took a order from another car that was it I reversed out parked walked into the store there was a number of staff standing around waiting for orders to be made one staff member walked behind the counter ignored me while I was waiting to be served two other walked out shaking there heads no staff member even acknowledged me or the other two customers that walked out I waited and then gave up i to walked out . I called the store to let them know what was going on totally unprofessional sounds like they where all Juniors who have no idea about customer service a simple hello I want ne a moment would have been nice .any way want be...

I like to rank it with 5 stars but I have to reduce it by 1 star, because of the misleading poster stating that it store has free WIFI.

It is a refreshing clean and modern stall. I am very impressed that a young staff member wiped and sanitised the table after the customer using it has vacated.

The toilets are clean too.

After reading the poster about the availability of free WIFI, I request for the password from a staff. He does not know the password, but he goes to check with his supervisor/manager. However, he returns to tell me that there is no free WIFI in the store.
