Unfortunately there were only 10 pieces of chicken. I don't understand how a person old enough to work in a KFC outlet can't count past 10. Or is it lack of attention to detail or a purposeful short order for the end of shift staff party so an audit wont find missing, unpaid items.
I actually drive past a KFC outlet to go to the Sturt St Ballarat outlet because with the closer one, two out of three orders were short a side or chicken.
My order was paid in full so any missing items are, in my option, stolen items. I would love this to be heard in court. I think that is the only way this constant theft is going to finish.
I rang, when the theft was discovered, spoiling the rest of the meal which was then cold. I was told they would provide the 2 missing pieces of chicken and a large chips. Woopy do, doesn't cover the time and cost of driving half way across Ballarat.
Today, 3 July I went into the Sturt St Ballarat store, spoke to the manager who checked the theft was recorded and instructed an employee to do the order. I waited and waited, after all, my order was placed 25 June and the store is only replacing stolen items. Why isn't it the next order. In the end I left in absolute disgust without my stolen items and will never give any KFC in the Ballarat region a single cent going...

We were told the chicken would be a 7 minute wait We pulled to the side of the road waiting for a chicken to be cooked 13 minutes later they started serving other customers in the waiting bay giving them them orders with large bags of chicken but our order didn't come. 15 minutes went by and I tooted my horn as we were sitting in the rain in the car waiting for our food A little short mustache man came out and asked yes, why are you tooting I said because we are waiting for our food We are now over the 7-minute mark. This little man said to me that our food was 10 seconds off so my question was why could he not bring our food out but no this little man looked at me and said don't honk your horn, I said to him I shouldn't have to toot my horn when I see other customers being served and we are still waiting 15 minutes later. With that I got out of my car went into retrieve my son's food. As I was leaving the store the little man with the mustache said to me that he was going to stop me from taking my food and give me a full refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever had I definitely will not give my business back to this store ever again...
Read moreI made an online order to pick up at drive-through. They asked to wait for 9 mins in the parking while the food was being prepared. Went in after 10 mins to enquire and they were clueless at my order. They also asked if I ordered at a different KFC store. This girl called another guy for help and he was finally able to locate my order after I showed them my online receipt. Then this guy asked me to go to drive-through to collect the order. The girl told him the full story and he rushed back to prepare my order. I finally got my order without any apology for the mixup. It felt like he wasn't happy that he didn't get his way. Upon checking I found fries missing. I told the girl and she quickly packed one and just dumped into the bag on the counter and went to the back of the kitchen. Again no apologies. I obviously wasn't happy and asked the girl in front as to who I could complain about this repeat mixup and the behaviour of the staff. She said she isn't aware, then the other two staff who served me before came out and I asked them who I could complain to. The guy said that he was the store manager.
