Look, Red Rooster is good. I like it. My issue is with the service. On Friday March 15 at about 7pm, I lined up in a busy drive through. It's normal for them to be busy, no worries. I get to the speaker box and get no response for five minutes. A lady speaks and says we'll be with you shortly, no problem. I wait a further five minutes until a man speaks to take my order. Order the Picklebird (is good👍). At the speaker box, the view drive through line is obstructed by the sign. I assume the delay was because they're busy. I drive forwards to get to the booth and discover there is no one in line in front of me anymore. I drive up, they take my payment, and I wait a further 6 minutes for food. My issue is i kept seeing staff talking amongst themselves and not doing much. Normally, whatever don't care. But it was strange no one was available to take my order? Ten minutes at a speaker box is silly. Waiting for someone to speak to me. I wouldn't put this up if this was a one-off occurrence, but there have been regular delays on previous visits without clear reason. To Red Rooster head office: I don't want compensation. Don't rely to this review asking if I want I speak to a manager. I will probably go back and punish myself with awkward wait times, just not as soon as I'll go other places with better customer service. I still like your chicken, I still like the chips. I don't care if there's a line and I have to wait a little bit. But I spent 28 minutes in line (I checked my google maps), and 10 minutes of that was at the speakerbox waiting for...
Read moreI went in and ordered my food tonight. The girl that served me was absolutely awesome. The music was absolutely blaring the poor girl serving the drive-through you could see she was having trouble hearing. When I ordered, there was three guys and one blonde girl at the back just standing there laughing. There was blonde boy he just threw someone’s piece of chicken on the bench why the other guy made a wrap for some customer they were laughing and carrying on and leaning against the benches like school kid hygiene care factor didn’t exist, No respect for customers whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting to watch thinking at they are touching your food they seen me standing there and it didn’t even bother them the poor girl out the front. She was snowed under with customers foods and orders in the rack which the young girl at the back just kept pushing them through but no one was helping the girl out the front all the orders in the hot wreck I could see was all just squashed up together it was like four people, three boys, one girl stand at the back and just chatting , no respect for customers. The music so loud, you couldn’t even hear people speak never again. The young lady at the front that was doing the drive-through as well as serving me deserves five stars. The rest deserve. Read moreI have ordered food at the red rooster and parked my car at the customer parking and one of the delivery trucks has come and blocked customer car parking and the driver was very rude when I asked to remove the truck to come out and I went to the manager, she is helpless and staff are useless. Really the worst management and staff over there and not able to help customers who bought food from them. Deliveries should be scheduled off peak hours, No minimum sense how to plan restaurant operations/deliveries.
Really really poor customer service and support. A big ZERO rating for their rude behavior...
