It’s convenient, and okay food. The coffee was good, and the kids liked their iced donut. They didn’t have any plain custard donuts or choc jam donuts so I ordered a cinnamon scroll. It was definitely not a cinnamon scroll - it wasn’t bad, but it was donut dough and just a glaze icing, not cream cheese icing (which is what makes a cinnamon scroll so good). There was also almost no cinnamon. It tasted liked a Krispy Kreme in scroll shape. The mini sausage rolls were also a bit dry and bland. The drive through was very oddly located, with no clear signage on where to order. It took a long time...

The food is always great and normally customer service good. On this occasion ordered two hot drinks mine being a large English Breakfast Tea. Asked if black is white and I said milk please. When it came was black so went to counter to ask for milk and told the girl I asked for white tea..could I have some milk. Quite abruptly told "No ..no you didn't.. you asked for black..rude and abrupt. She then went and got some milk for me. My mate heard me order and said the girl was not only wrong but rude. Very disappointing won't come back again..shame been going there for...

Ordered Devonshire tea and a steak pie. What we received was one scone with a packet jam and cream and the pie was a mince pie not steak with sauce for 50c (just put some sauce in bottles and give your customers free sauce, they are already purchasing other items). Both very ordinary. Devonshire tea is scones (two) with a pot of tea, quite simple one would have thought. When ordering a steak pie one would expect it to have pieces of steak not some dirty mince.
