KFC Traralgon — Restaurant in Victoria

Yesterday I walked in to buy my daughter’s birthday dinner for the family and I had a rough experience with the terrible young woman on service!!! I ordered and paid and I got 10 cents back rather than the $15.10 I was actually owed!! When I told her she had short changed me she was extremely rude and told me I absolutely did NOT get short changed and so I requested the manager come and speak to me and requested he please go check the footage to see that I in fact was ripped off !! She gave me filthy looks and sniggered that I was “ CLAIMING” money when “SHE” definitely didn’t pay me that much!!! Girl needs to be re trained on dollar bills and also needs to be Taught manners!! So rude and couldn’t and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but at work on the first place!! Such terrible service!!! After this I never received an apology from said piece and if I ever walked in again and she was working I assure you I’d skip dinner all together !!! Not Only that but paying for large chips and she Only filled them half way ( I’m sure out of anger)!!!! That’s the second time I’ve dealt with this girl and BOTH times she’s been a horrible representative of your franchise!! They Rearly get the order right, you can't get just Sunkist they only have sugar free Sunkist now what a joke.... ANY SUGAR FREE STUFF GIVES ME HEADACHES you can only get normal mountain due which has caffeine in it everything else is sugar free

I know my sister use to go there And now because they always get the order wrong she doesn't go there anymore

I had a youngster serve me and his response to me was chicken chicken what's your pickin instead of welcome to KFC what can I get you that's the problem with employing staff under 18 this kid must have been 15 it look like

There has been so many times we've gone there and they've got the order wrong I grabbed the receipt and I just couldn't be bothered for the free stuff that I never got anyway just get it right nobody will have...

Walked in to place 2 orders for chicken and chips. Asked for directions to the restrooms and hence, made my way there. I was surprised to find that there is a Unisex toilet with changing facilities for parents and opposite this, a door to the Men’s toilets. NO Female toilets!!! The Woke movement is well and truly here, very disappointing. It would appear that females no longer have a right to their own restrooms but must share what is available. . I questioned this at the counter and was informed that it’s KFC’s decision to have that “set up”. This is so wrong on many levels. Did not use the restrooms due to not feeling comfortable. I wonder how many other women feel the same.

By the way our order of fries was good but the chicken’s skin had fallen off and the box was a mess of chicken and skin.
