Absolute rubbish food and service. If zero stars was an option, that’s what I’d rate them. Here’s why…. We spent almost $150 on our meals and discovered missing items. Staff at restaurant were unwilling to accept fault, were extremely rude and abrupt stating that they were too busy to deal with the matter and to call back at a quieter time. So essentially these guys were happy to rack in the cash but were unwilling to resolve our issue until the cash grab was over. Missing items ruined the whole meal experience. We have ventured here twice now and the last experience was the nail in the coffin. I recently dined at Wan Loy Chinese Restaurant in Traralgon and was extremely disappointed. The food lacked any real flavor, tasting bland and uninspired, as if no effort or passion went into the cooking. For the price, I expected something far better, but instead, I received small portions of mediocre food that simply weren’t worth it.

Had a terrible experience recently. Have been several times before always order the same dishes. This time had a chunk of dried chilli leaves in there with seeds. I could barely breathe, the waitress dismissed us, we weren’t asked if we were ok, I was crying and coughing and left our meal early. I said that’s not normally in there because it’s not and she said always is. We should have been offered a discount if not whole meal compensated.
