if I could give a negative review I would ! I have purchased from this place for over 3 years. The food has been excellent & the take away service amazing .. up until 2 weeks ago !!!.. I ordered over $100.00 worth of food. gave the girl my requests. asked her to read back to me & everything sounded good. informed the girl I would be using EFTPOS. she stated we don't do that. I explained that for the past 3 years this is the only way I pay. she told me that she would need to speak to her manager & phone me back. 1& 1/2 hours later I rang back asking if there was a problem with me using EFTPOS.. the reply.. no that would be okay. we will be delivering in about 15 minutes. So the girl taking the phone call found out that it was okay to purchase via EFTPOS HOWEVER never rang me back. I had a friend & daughter staying with me for the weekend. I ordered about 5.45pm. when i rang back it was almost 8.30pm.. the daughter not quite a teenager is a growing girl & eats 4 to 6 MAN sized meals a day. by 8.35 she was crying for something to eat.. !! the driver arrived in 12 minutes. I paid thanked him & allowed the daughter to have first serves. I ordered, 2 honey chicken, 2 rice meals, 1 fried rice with Cashews & 1 fried riced with cashews & extra been shoots. 1 Singapore noodles, 1 special fried rice, 1 combination seafood & 3 bags of prawn crackers. all these meals were large. after checking the contents once the daughter had chosen her meal we found that we were short 1 fried rice, I rang back & explained that we were one fried rice short. the girl on the phone went to see the chef, he told her the fried rice was in a round container. Yes I said. I have 1 fried rice not 2. this conversation went on for around 10 minutes.. toeing & froeing with the chef. I said in stern words that I would not be purchasing from them again. the girl on the phone began to apologize & i hung up. !! 10 minutes later There was a knock at the door, the driver had returned Handed me a bag & said for you, I said thank you as the driver was walking away, I heard him say F#@K you, I raised my voice & said EXCUSE ME ! the driver just kept on walking.. We had a reservation fir 6 pm. No entree until 7 pm after many enquires about How long it was going to be. Entree arrived finally. Another long wait for mains 2 guest leaving mains arrive hour later. Average to poor was the food but then we were done. The priority for this restaurant was there take away menu. No real privacy fir as right next to front counter we’re we had people waiting for there take away meal just a metre away. The front door open and the cold breeze directly on us including our elderly parents. We order a banquette but asked not to proceed with deserts as the main was so bad we had no appetite fir desert. They did give us 24 dollars off our 400 dollar bill fir desert. Thank you. The staff did the best they could I really felt sorry for them. They do provide you with your table no which has a buzzer attached for service. We found out an hour after arriving that we had the wrong table no so every time we buzzed they went to another table. It was the worst Chinese restaurant experience we have ever had truly dissatisfied with this experience don’t recommend it...

This is in relation to delivery…….We always used to get our food well and truly on time whenever we ordered it online, and it was always fresh and still hot. The last 2 times we have ordered online have been truly awful. First time, after 2 hours and 5 phone calls (which all said it was on its way) I got dressed and went down there and was told that it hadn’t been made and that they would make it now. Was not offered or reimbursed any kind of money for the delivery fee or for the 2.5 hour wait and numerous lies that it was on its way etc. Ordered again tonight (thinking the previous time was a one off) and after 1 hour and 15 mins (30 mins after ETA) I called them and they advised it was on its way. It turned up around 10 mins later. The food was still of good quality and tasty but the wait for it was awfully longer than the ETA.
