Goodfellas Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

I didn't want it to come to this, but everytime I try to have it resolved they ignore me. I've also posted to their Facebook page twice and both times instead of responding to an unhappy customer they have deleted my post from their wall and continued to ignore me.

We ordered pizza the other night. I ordered the gourmet veggie, without some of the ingredients I don't like. When I opened my pizza the sundried tomatoes on top were burnt to a crisp. Trying to eat them was like eating charcoal. I tried picking it off but it was throughout my entire pizza.

My husband rang, and was told that a different type of sundried tomato is being used at the moment, and that because I removed the mushroom from my pizza, the sundried tomatoes burnt because they couldn't be hidden under the mushrooms. How was I, the customer, supposed to know that, when I have ordered this pizza previously and never had an issue? No call was made previously to let me know, and I wasn't told afterwards either. Instead, the person who removed my pizza from the oven and saw the state the sundried tomatoes were in, served it and expected me to eat it the way it was.

Our pizzas, even the other flavours, were also bland and had very little topping. The topping started a fair way in from the crust. So I paid for and was served a pizza I couldn't even eat, no offer to remake without the burnt bits, nothing. Just told that it was on me because I removed an ingredient. I don't think anyone would like to eat sundried tomatoes that are burnt. Safe to say the poor customer service has tainted our view of goodfellas and we won't be back again. This company only cares about how they look to the public, not about the way they treat their customers. They are in fact, not good...

When I first bought pizzas from Goodfellas they were the best pizza I had had anywhere and I made a point to tell them exactly that the next time I went in and ordered a pizza. Unfortunately the last couple of times the pizza's have not been up to scratch, last night I ordered half BBQ chicken/pepperoni, one piece of pizza did not even have any pepperoni on it and the rest of the pizza there might have been 2 slices of pepperoni on it, and the same went for the chicken, I couldn't find any at first but then I saw a couple of pieces that were so thin they were hidden by the amount of bbq sauce on it. Very disappointed, I don't know if there is a change of person putting toppings on pizzas but please give us...

We want to say a huge Thankyou to the team at goodfellas Traralgon! We had our wedding catered by them and not only did they deliver the big order we placed on time, it was all hot, fresh, and delicious!! Each pizza box was decorated with love and we had a little surprise which honestly made me so happy.. Ben and Jerry’s icecream in our favourite flavour which was amazing with a wedding bride and groom statue on top. we love this pizza store we always order from them, and we are always looked after so well, we loved every part of incorporating this amazing pizza into the wedding but goodfellas really do take such good care of their customers, they honestly deserve more than 5 stars...
