King Neptune's Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Victoria

Ordered a quater chicken and chips last night. They asked me 5 times if I wanted wing or leg. The chicken was put into the container and set aside. she told the man working with her to cook the chips for it. 3 other people were served and left. The lady went out back to eat and then when she came back in she realised I was still waiting. She barked at the man to cook the chips for my order. I waited half an hour for my order to be done. The potato cakes were literally batter the dim sims taste like the cheapest brand from Wollies / aldi , my Sav was burnt and the fish bites are so over priced for the size there’s nothing good from this shop every time I come here there’s something wrong. it’s a shame Wilson’s aren’t open Monday or Tuesday other wise I’d go there as I usually do!

Absolutely amazing! Had a burger, chips and potato cakes. The quality of the product was evident as well as the care taking in preparing the food. Honestly one of the better burgers I have had but the stand out was the potato cakes. Home made, good size and perfectly cooked. I don’t know what type of batter they have used, but do yourself a favour and try them out! Exceptional service, spotlessly clean store and work area, highest recommendation.
