McDonald's Seymour — Restaurant in Victoria

Arrived At This Maccas Around 12.10 at night and ordered food for my mate we got a triple cheese burger and 2 double quarter pounder meals we then left to goto the park and eat as we sat down we ate the fries and then opened the burger to my surprise the burger was nothing but grease I’ve eaten and plenty different maccas and was not happy about this encounter haveing a good experince with maccas I went back to the drive threw and asked for a remake but Aaron told us he wasn’t allowed to remake it or refund us I’ve been down to lilydale and chirnside maccas and anytime they have stuffed up they have always given a refund or a remake but Aaron said no he can’t remake it and acted like I was having dietary disorder I then pulled upto the window and tried to be nice he then threatened to call the cops on us and said we were harassing him this is not acceptable being a multi million dollor company and you try spending 70 bucks on food just for it not to be edible I’ve worked with food being in pubs and have always put my customers first if something was messed up I always offer a refund or a remake of the food would rather the customer be satisfied then lose a customer I will not be going to Seymour maccas ever again and hope everyone reads this stupid review I’ve had to type out but this is unacceptable and I hope Aaron loses his job as a fast food worker and would like to see his proof of a food handlers license cause no one deserves to spend money up in this place and have inedible food Kind...

Thought we would try give Seymour Mc Donald's another go. We are suckers for punishment. Very rarely good at Seymour McDonalds, normally foods cold, chips half full or a tiny drop of chocolate on the frappe's to save them money. At least tonight the machines are working, many other times we have been told they are out of action. Tonight 26/01/25 tops all our visits off. Orderd via the app and had just 8 cars in front of us. Waited for nearly 20 min in the drive through, then we were served half filled luke warm large fries which if they were so busy should have been hot. The medium chocolate thick shake was 3/4 full and was closer in taste to a vanilla one, and to top it off we where told there's then a further 5 minute wait for the apple pies when they knew nearly 20 mins before that we had ordered them.We asked for a refund on the pies, we had been there long enough already. Would have been another 20 min the way this place was running. Staff were not that helpfull, and if they'd given us what we had ordered and paid for we may have been ok with the wait and if they had staff issues. No advising of the long wait at any stage and no apology. This is by far the worst McDonalds I've found and being a local that's disappointing. No more trying this place to see if it's any better. We visited Seymour for a quick break & early lunch Monday of labour day long weekend, on our way to Wangaratta. I ordered an egg & bacon muffin, a cheeseburger, a flat white & a skinny latte. When our number was called and I sat down at a table I discovered it only contained the muffin for my & no cheeseburger.

The food and coffees were enjoyable however I had not checked the receipt after ordering or I would've noticed the staff member had not added the cheeseburger to my order. This meant I had to return to inform one of the team that I hadn't received the cheeseburger I had ordered with the muffin & coffees. This meant It had to be ordered & paid for and I had to wait again. By the time I returned to the table my husband had finished his egg & bacon muffin alone & I had to eat my cheeseburger alone. It was a busy time however staff need to listen more attentively when taking customer orders.
