McDonald's — Restaurant in Victoria

Worst experience I can recall at a fast food chain. It took quite a while for our order. I then returned my McMuffin, I had ordered a chicken bacon and received a egg and bacon. I assume the women that come out and greeted me with contempt was the manager. I was rudely told that I had ordered and paid for an egg and bacon, and asked did I check my order on the screen? My husband ordered and I was next to him, clearly stated chicken and I did look at the screen but didn't notice.

I then waited for the correct order, sat down and took a bite and it was a chicken bacon WITH egg, and the egg whites were NOT cooked. I'm glad it wasn't someone with an egg allergy! I returned it again, met with more rude glances from the manager. I waited again for far too long, sat down took a bite of the chicken bacon with NO mayonnaise. The young staff serving on the counter were lovely but clearly struggling, I have worked in numerous hospitality environments and suggest that the manager receives some customer...

I dont think staff are trained up properly or efficiently, Either not enough staff on which results in waiting too long to actualy order anything at counter, Or to many staff that just wounder around looking like headless chickens and still takes too long for them to realise customers want to order anything at the counter, Orders are not put together well, either food goes soggy and cold while waiting 10-15min for them to organise the drink beverages with the meal, or your waiting a good 10-15 min for the food while they hand you the drink bevrage first. The burgers look worse than a dogs breakfast because they are just carelessly...

Two things I have a problem with, firstly on you page online it says dine-in, take-away and drive-through, it’s inside a shopping centre it doesn’t have a drive through. Secondly and the main reason why i am give a bad review is bacause I order a $1 frozen drink, there was 5 people including me there and it took them 6 mins for my drink, I could understand if it was busy or people had large meals but no there was 4 people working and it took them that long for a drink that would take 30 seconds to make,...
