Had an hour to kill in Creswick this morning so I was looking for somewhere to grab breakfast and a coffee and read my book for a bit. The moment I walked past I could smell a good breakfast and the nose did not lie. The menu had all the classics and I'm a simple man so I went with scrambled eggs with bacon on sourdough. The light creaminess of the scrambled eggs on my fork was a welcome contrast to the heavy darkness of Clive Barker's Cabal in my other hand, as were the lovely staff of the cafe the opposite of the grim characters in the novel.
