3 nights, 3 fantastic meals. Wayne recommended the pork and fennal sausages which where breathtaking tonight. Last night I had the Porter House Steak and the Parma when I arrived was everything I wanted it to look and taste like, they have the best kitchen staff not only do they cook up a treat but they come out to chat to the pleasure of customers and are happy to show there joy in there trade, especially the sticky date puddingand Triffle!. Louise and Mel, how many Mel's all a delight behind the bar and smiles the grins and wonderful conversation is never ending and there choices of beer & wine amazing! The corporate knowledge of Jade in her Wine Recommendations was spot on, full bodied Cab' Sav' after a on tap icy cold Pal Ale to die for after a very hot day in the dust.
