Red Rooster Waurn Ponds — Restaurant in Victoria

This red rooster is the worst Red rooster I have ever been to. I have been to this shop twice and on both occasions they have got my order wrong.. I went to this Red rooster a week ago now and ordered a half chicken, I wanted this half chicken to be of two pieces of legs and two pieces of thighs which I was told I could have, because I've had troubles at this restaurant before I checked to see if they got my order correct and instead of two legs and two thighs I got a chicken breast a chicken leg and a chicken thigh... There were two ladies at the front counter I said excuse me but you've got my order wrong neither one of them came over and asked what was wrong ,there was no apology there was absolute dead silence, I said again excuse me you've got my order wrong again no one apologize no one asked what was wrong,nothing!! In fact the whole shop just went dead quiet and everyone was staring at me,I raised my voice I said why is everyone staring at me?One of the girls in the back kitchen said do you realize your talking to a child and that there are children working back here!!!!!! OMG!!!! This place is a joke!!! You are not allowed to have children working in an industrial kitchen in this country!!!! I couldn't tell how old these people were in the kitchen but they certainly didn't sound like children I'm assuming that they were adolescence as it was too hard for me to tell from where I was standing because it was quite dark in that kitchen..... Obviously there is something wrong with the culture at Red rooster,as well as a lack of training regarding customer service!!!!! But after finally speaking with the store manager I can totally understand why this store has major issues!!! When you speak up at a restaurant to let the front of counter staff know that there is something wrong with your order you expect as a customer for them to come to you immediately to say what is wrong? Im so sorry! can I fix it for you? you don't expect to be ignored twice!! So the adolescents in the kitchen yelled out to me and said that I was yelling!!!!!! There is a big difference between raising your voice out of frustration and yelling!!!!!Clearly everyone is far too young to work in this restaurant and there is no adult supervision whatsoever!!!!! and when you do ring management and you express your frustration they in turn just yell back at you over the phone so hence this is why I have written my review!!!! On the day of this incident I asked the very young manager for the store manager to give me a call, I never received a call,clearly he doesn't care about the restaurant he is employed at!! This is the most dysfunctional fast food restaurant I have ever been to!!!! Where is Gordon Ramsay when you need him??????? Such a disgrace on so...

Took the kiddies here on my way back from the werribee zoo, i was in need of a feed to supply my needs therefore i got the chicki dicki meal

The tunes playing within the shop were god awful, i believe they were playing juice world, i prefer billy joel myself, a bit of piano man would've enlightened my day

My son also got the legends mega box but didn't feel like a legend, i would request you change this title immediately as it didn't live up to the hype

Overall my experience was quite memorable and will suggest future generations of the family to...

Im a long term addict of Rooster Rolls. The staff never seem too annoyed by my request for no salt on the chips (I actually like chips with my salt if you know what I mean, and lost count of the many times over the years where I just couldnt eat the chips cos its that salty... salty about the salt?).
