While passing through, visited this place for dinner as reviews seemed to be good. To say it was a disappointment is an understatement. It was said the staff are friendly. Perhaps if your previous interactions were with an ATM, yes, it felt as they went above and beyond. Now the food... My son ordered a burger and specified he would like it without the tomatoes. Plate was placed in front of him with the comment "burger without tomatoes". First glance at it at was two pieces of tomatoes, perhaps equalling to one third of a juicy tomato. My grilled barramundi. As the saying goes, if only it could speak. Based on how dry the "flakes" of barramundi were, one cannot be blamed for thinking, that poor fish has not opened its mouth for quite an alarming period of time.

And then there was the Carbonara. I have heard that old saying, to see whether the pasta is cooked, the old test is to throw it on the splash back. Well, the over cooked consistency here meant, forget about just throwing it on the splash back, why not go ahead and re do the grouting of that back splash tiles.

In summary, felt as the chef has lost that loving feeling.

Positives..., the Carlton draught was amazing!.

Bottom line, if hungry, approx 100 meters from this place is a KFC. I highly...

staff great polite, helpful, friendly. Did not like meals. Been 3 times to eat and 3 times meals either not cooked on 1 occasion, second time cold not hot and last time I just didn't think the fish was cooked enough it was quite soggy. Have not eaten there since but the actual venue I like and enjoy staff and company very much. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the change of chef at Legends. The food has gone in my opinion from one extreme to the other. With change of chef comes change of menu and change of quality. This guy knows how to cook what people like and it tastes just Yummy. Thankyou for listening and getting this wonderful new chef. I Rate Food at Legends now at FOOD 9.2 FROM BEFORE CHANGE OF CHEF AT 6.10. I EAT AT LEGENDS NOW SO WHY...

Was exciting to see the new bar renovations, it look amazing! The set up of pool tables, golf and now darts was great. We sat had a beer and played some darts with our kids 11 & 12, great day out. Go back today and are told kids can’t play darts as it is a safety hazard🤦‍♂️World is going mad, one week your having a ball with the family, 5 days later your shut down, very disappointing😢Boys shattered, so we left. This is more disappointing because it’s not a law just a rule made up, first place in 2 years that has refused the kids for a game of darts. I mean a kid using a golf club would be more damaging...

Chanced upon this place as recommended by a lady when I was looking for hot drinks. She was so kind of point me here after a very long drive! Already ordered pizza down the road but could not resist some steak. So, I ordered the steak and one chai latte. Chai latte was okay ( it seemed like the powder version), but the steak was good. Self-service to collect the food since we sat at the bar area instead of the restaurant side, which can be confusing.

Came to the Sporting Legends for dinner whilst in town. This was obviously the place to go for a pub feed as it was buzzing for a Tuesday night. Staff were happy and friendly and found us a table straight away. Food was very reasonably priced and was decent quality. Portion size was again good for the money. Beer was cheap and cold and plenty of options both boutique and standard. Plenty of options on the menu. Heaps of parking, all in all very good.
