KFC Sale — Restaurant in Victoria

So nugget box doesn't come with any sauce so you have to pay extra for sauce that cost $2 then when I get to the window to collect my order I'm informed that they don't have supercharged sauce (I wouldn't have bought them if I had of known this) but they still let me order them. They said what would you like instead. I said ok just make it bbq. I received sweet and sour and sweet chilli. I don't like either of those flavours. And considering how often they leave the sauce out it's kinda rude charging for them. Great little money making policy they have there. Polite staff though I just wish they could get my order right. I come to this KFC pretty regularly and don't usually have issues with my order.

The drive through is terrible and needs to be redone, particularly at peak times like lunch and dinner. There's no need for the drive through to spill out onto the main road and end up with a 5+ car queue blocking the left lane. But hey, at least it's not like Sale McDonalds and their joke of a drive through. KFC gets through the queue quicker than most drive throughs I've used, even with the poor design.

With all that said, the food quality is usually better than other KFC locations so I would recommend getting KFC from here if you like...

Absolute waste of money - terrible food. Chips cold and stale. “Cheesy burger” barely more than a tiny fillet with a bit of lettuce on a cold bun - no cheese to be found or tasted. Not sure what the definition of “Regular” fries and potato & gravy is these days - but the serving size would be generously classified as “Very Small” and certainly not befitting the cost. I know you are a “fast food” store - but a little pride in what you are serving to the public and respect for your paying customers wouldn’t go astray. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped going to KFC....
