Sale Red Rose Cafe — Restaurant in Victoria

Last time I was in Sale, I had Hungry Jacks, but yesterday I wanted something fresher and to support a small business. I Googled 'Takeaway cafes in Sale' and this business had so many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I had a chicken schnitzel burger with potato cakes. The cost was only slightly more than HJ's and the burger was way bigger and I got to choose a nicer drink! The potato cakes are homemade and they were hot and crispy, way better than HJ's fries. The burger was big and freshly cooked. I liked that the pineapple (an extra you can request) was grilled, so it didn't make the rest of the burger cold. The staff were very friendly. I will return to this Cafe, next time...

Nice fish and chip's store, the staff are nice and helpful, however they got our order wrong once. The prices are reasonable. We ordered whiting fish and barramundi and preferred the whiting. The grill was definitely better than the fried.

They don't provide any sauce with the food which was a let down, have to buy extra small packets.

Their chips was nice, needed more chicken...

These home made potato cakes and chips are the best ever!!! The potato cakes are cooked fresh and are golden and crispy. We always have to stop at the Red Rose for potato cakes whenever we are in Sale now because they are so good. The shop is always extremely clean, tge area spacious and some indoor tables available.
