Subway Seymour — Restaurant in Victoria

I came into store to get lunch and i get the same thing everytime from there i order foot long white bread and i alwyas ask for it ONLY A LITTLE TOASTED so this girl puts it in the toaster and back out and the chesse has a burnt stuff on it from being in the toaster to long i kindly said i asked for it only a little toasted and she rudely rolls her eyes looking around the store like im flying around like a headless chicken and has the audacity to say i never asked for that in a childish tone of voice my reply was its ur job to listen to customers when i pacifically asked for it a little toasted as in warm only and continues to roll her eyes and laugh and just looked at me with no words in return so I kindly asked for my meal to be remade as how I asked it to be from the start she kept rolling her eyes and looking at the other worker besides her and she consistently told me but I have already made it and the other worker was very nice and told her to remake it when she then looked at me and rolled her eyes again and laughs like she’s out partying with friends, while there is other customers in the store bad reputation for your store very disrespectful. As we got to the counter to pay I asked for her name she told me she didn’t have one so then I asked for the store email to contact Manager. She told me NO contact the store later. She is a disgrace. ALL CREW SHOULD BE WEARING NAME BADGES. She does not have any customer Service whatsoever. Very disappointed, do you really want all yours customers to have to experience this and not come back losing all customers because of her customer service.I will not be returning to this store after this bad experience with her rude customer service. What can I really tell you that you probley don't know already.....Its a chain restaurant, pretty much all the same with a few very important possible differences. For instance, this Subway is very clean, the workers all seem to take good care when preparing the food. The bathroom is always clean as well as the dining room area. The workers are all friendly and the food is always the same, standard Subway fare with not much variation. I eat at this restaurant at least 1-3 times a month. The amount of times I go to subway at 7pm two hours before closing at 9pm weekdays (along with weekends) and they are out of ingredients, cookies and multiple types of bread is terrible, to be told a delivery is coming tonight or tomorrow is ridiculous.
