Zambrero Warragul — Restaurant in Victoria

I’ve usually enjoyed going to the Warragul Zambreros in the past. But the past few weeks I have nothing good to say and I won’t be returning. I don’t eat lettuce and previously have asked for none with absolutely no issues with the quantity of food I’ve received. However now, if I ask for no lettuce the bowl is only 1/3 filled with staff saying ‘most of the bowl is lettuce that’s why there isn’t much food’. I’m paying $14.40 for high quality food, not lettuce. Walked down the road and got a footlong, cookie and a drink for the same price. We ordered nachos , burrito, quesadillas.. Nachos without sour cream and Gucamole which I have seen first time in Australia. They charged for it as per menu Burrito was good ! Quesadilla was not crispy enough, because staff were in so rush before closing time ..when I asked one of the staff and they said we not doing crispy here and I was so disappointed with that. 3/5 stars for flavour, the serving size was too small for the money spent. I ordered a large burrito and everything was the same size as regular but over double the rice (should just call it extra rice burrito), was also luke warm/cold. Salad bowl is mostly iceberg lettuce. Service was distracted, kept forgetting order. Had to be reminded to put in all the ingredients listed - like jalapenos.
