Warragul Plaza Cafe — Restaurant in Victoria

THERE ARE BETTER PLACES - Nobody would like their Soup and main course delivered at the same time. Not acceptable, we gave no indication, they were rushing our meal. Then we notice that they had put the main dish plate that had salad in the hot box for everyone to see like putting salad in the oven to keep warm, the staff and the owner thought it was acceptable.

A chicken schnitzel panini was also ordered, I did not want it toasted, the waiter advised me it was better to have it toasted, I noticed other panini's sitting behind glass window, who knows how long they have been there. Sure enough it did not look or taste fresh, the lettuce died a longtime ago. The rest of the meals lacked so much with the salad being heated.

What made this whole experience worse was the owner and their obnoxious behaviour when we spoke to them. Putting their hands on their hips in a defensive tone. Their thought it was acceptable to have your 2 courses delivered at the same time. We were not wanting a freebie. To explain when paying the bill at the end, how it was unacceptable to deliver meals and rushing us. Their response was they did not want people like us in their cafe. The staff around them seemed quite timid. That's okay we won't be back. If that is the attitude they take good luck in other customers expecting that sort behaviour and food quality. No paying customer needs to be treated...

We go here every Thursday for breakfast. Hubby and a few friends go on Tuesday for brekky. We also go for lunch. The staff are the best they.know us and our odd sense of humour. But they know our coffee preferences and.our brekky orders. We Enjoy the atmosphere,the food and the staff are...
