Even when they are extremely busy the quality doesn't slip. The coffee is amazing and the care they take in making it means you really get all the tasting notes. They have a selection of two beans but they're both delicious and offer something different - you can pick up a bag of the beans they are using if youre enamoured.
The staff has always been friendly, polite and considerate. The environment is surprisingly quiet even with a few people eating and chatting. We got the kids Holy Crumpet but it was quite hard at the bottom and probably not the best choice for a 15 month old, which we didn’t realise until after it arrived.
The highchair was a bit of a letdown. It wasn’t very clean and didn’t feel secure, so our little one kept sliding down. We ended up just keeping him in the pram. Something simple and sturdy (like those IKEA ones) would have worked better.

I'd missed breakfast this morning, so I came in HANGRY. That quickly faded when I was greeted by the most amazing smile, and such friendly service. I thought given I didn't have breakfast, I should give the Meat Lovers Big Breakfast a go. Even having had missed a meal, and having a large appetite in general, it almost got the better of me and I left stuffed, but very satisfied.
Which is a shame, because I had no space left for Haruka's amazing carrot cake. Hopefully...
