Jungle Duke Hotel — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

A personal favourite. I've been to lots of pubs, clubs and bars around Australia. I can tell you that the Duke is in my top 5! Some of the best food you'll find when dining out in Wagga. You'll find that the quality and portion size of the meals simply out-do any other local venue, and all at reasonable pub-grub price.

Additionally, the bar staff are friendly, helpful and really give a personal touch.

We made a booking online which was so easy from Duke of Kent website. A staff member called to confirm booking and to ask where we would like to be seated, very friendly and professional. We arrived early and had not been to the Duke for a years and was pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful layout and upgrades. We ordered our meals, I had Barramundi and hubby had Lamb. We LOVED our meals, so perfectly cooked and delicious. So pleased we chose the Duke, we highly recommend the restaurant and the customer service...

Best food ever!!!!

We had the lamb backstrap for dinner and it was so good, but we’d had a few drinks and were starving, so wasn’t sure how great it was. Went back the next day and ordered it for lunch (sober) and OMG it was even better than the night before. The lamb is cooked perfectly, the potato smash is the best potato dish I have ever eaten (and I’m a potato connoisseur) and the salsa salad tops it all off perfectly.
