KFC North Wagga — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

Friday 13 December 2024: Late afternoon. A disinterested, lazy young man took my order, just stood around while a female staff member was doing her best. Dockets were sll over the counter and no system for calling customers was being used. Just yelling out the content of the order. I could have taken someone else’s order. The men’s toilet hand-basins are putrid. Not washed for at least weeks, if not longer. Toilet bowl similar. Really disgusting. I reported same to the female staff member who insisted that she would bring the manager to speak to me. I waited for around 8 minutes and no one came to speak to me. I again asked the female staff member if the manager was going to come out. She said that he’s busy and should be out soon. He clearly was avoiding me and hoping that I would leave. I did snd will never return, will spread the word. I intend contacting...

Well what an embarrassing situation. I personally worked for KFC in 1998 for 2 years and how times have changed. From the moment I walked I the car park I felt dirty, then walked through the front door and let's just call it confronting. The staff standing around having social chats, the chip holder with what looked like should of been emptied hours ago hadn't. The bins were over flowing with rubbish but to top it off I went to the toilet, well no I ended up holding it. The urinal was clogged and the other toilet was in a filty unusable condition.

Overall I was disappointed. I approached the manager and did mention my serious concerns about hygiene and the cleaniness.

Never again will I enter that store and will think twice about KFC in the future with so many other...

Dont think id go back here..place was dirty.cooked chicken an chips on the floor behind counter..some more experienced staff to help the trainees who were trying there best would be great..but several of the girls were to busy mucking around.had to go in twice to get missing food,and spoons..but a couldnt beleive there was a girl in the little office on the right sitting on the floor talking to someone sitting on a chair bellowing is there anyone to serve..maybe she found it to hard to get up off the floor to serve the customers..surely theres some responsible persons/owner/manager to oversee all these things..but please instead of staff sitting around and stuffing around get them to bloody clean..the most unkept takeaway ive ever seen..clean up an train up would be...
