Our experience with them on saturday morning has many up and down. started with a very tasty coffee which was one of the best i have ever tried in terms of taste. was ordered the big breakfast and the portion was good enough for me as a guy, overall the food and atmosphere(brick interior had a nice feeling) was really good until i found a super sharp piece of plastic inside the Spinach, was super lucky i did not bite the plastic otherwise it may cause very bad injury inside my mouth. showed it to the waitress and she discussed it with the male chef and apparently he was a bit upset that we found the plastic and he tried to refuse that it was his team fault. The waitress offered that they dont charge us the big breakfast ,so i was a bit calm. but once we received the bill we noticed that they only gave us 40% discount (around $8 lower than the Big Breakfast price) of that meal ONLY. the waitress said that she was told that that's all they can offer. SO, I was super angry after that and started to take some photo and preparing myself to leave a 1 star feedback for them. when we were waiting on the queue to pay the bill one very nice lady from the kitchen approached us and apologized several times and offered us not to pay any for the bill. her approach was really professional and that's everyone expect to receive after finding a sharp piece in their food. I can not imagine if i bite the plastic and injured my mouth!!! this scenario would be a disaster but hopefully did not happened. guys please be...

What lacks in customer service and owner/staff personality, delivers in concept and style. Lovely decor, spacious seating. The retail merchandise although oozes quality, lacks in range in the corner, - hand creams, scents etc. Do it right or don't bother. Perfect spot for bench and window seating. The outdoor garden appears to be closed, although at first glance appealing, is slammed shut and locked from the side entrance. Waited to be seated, ok I had to wait, no problems, but no personality in the staff. Busy, but busy can be done in an eclectic and fun manner. . The staff appeared machine like and only spoke when you ordered and paid. The more senior staff member lacked "joie", and skitted about cleaning and delivering meals. Not at all engaging. Skittish and a sense of emergency. Coffee is on par, not excellent but very pleasant. I did not realize there was a very pleasant bar in the rear of the premise. A nice addition but not promoted or lack thereof. Certainly needs a human fun factor which can be ✅ done in a busy brasserie environment. I'd guess this comes from the top. Been twice, same feel both times. Food is above average. Chefs seem to have a grasp of the ingredients. Food delivery timely and in line with the "business". It seems popular with the collar and pearl brigade but caters for...

Today I dropped by the lounge for coffee and lunch , upon entering the lounge I was greeted by two smiling wait staff who showed me to my table , I asked the young lady what she would recommend? Immediately she answered the Lamb Wrap its divine. After that description, how could I not listen so I ordered it . My coffee arrived not to soon after me giving the order. Then what seemed a few minutes later my wrap arrived , the aroma was mouth watering as looked at this wrap and how well it was presented. The wrap placed next to a side of chips and a tantalizing sauce was in a bowl next to the chips. From the first mouth full of wrap was an explosion of flavors, the lamb succulent and cooked to perfection the the fetta cheese and rocket all tucked up nicely in a light tortilla wrap. Each mouth full was a divine experience on the pallet . for me it was a twelve out of ten and when next visiting it will be with family and friends. Thank you Uneke Staff lunch...

We seem to have a habit of finding funky little spaces when we explore Australia. This one was recommended by our hoteliers. The staff were all bright and sparkly in the morning, the music was cool without being obtrusive. The food was excellent and is substitantial, come hungry! The eggs bendict used packet hollandaise but I am willing to forgive that because of the lashings of bacon and the brioche bread! The French toast was fantastic (according to the wife) The coffee is flavourful and just the right temperature. It's licensed and has a fire for when it gets cold. A really well put together quality cafe. If I lived in Wagga I would be a regular. As it is we will be back on our next trip.
