Burrito Bar Warwick — Restaurant in Warwick

Well my experience at the new burrito bar was not the best for the following reason's - They had updated their menu but still gave us copies of the old menu and that is why we were confused why chips did not come with the burgers, but were the same price. Some of our meals were delivered to the incorrect table (a kids burrito, beef burrito and nuggets and chips) The people already started eating the meal and instead of making a new meal they just gave us the same half eaten meal (I was unaware of this as meals were being bought to our table at the same time the waitress grabbed ours from the wrong table and put them on our table. My daughter who witnessed this didn't inform me until we got home. The Burritos were bought over on the same plate and the server said they didn't know which one was which and just walked away.) The burritos were tasty but way to sloppy I could not eat it by the end. There was a hair in one of our dishes. There was no toilet paper or hand wash in the toilets and they were dirty.

The only reason I continued to return with my service is because I enjoy the food but the last couple of times I have ordered through their menu log system I have had my order delivered to the wrong address. The most recent time I have ordered this way I was contacted via phone call to say the order was left as directed in front of the garage but I was told was left on a blue Ute. I don’t own a blue Ute. When double checking my address he said that he would give me a call back as he was checking something and half an hour later I ended up calling the restaurant asking what the go was. I was told another 3 minute wait as they were cooking it up from scratch. My main issue is that it’s a very simple task to enter a address into maps and drive their. We've been customers since the beginning but the last two times we've been there were not great. The food was below average with cheese being hardly present in the dishes. What really concerned us was the lack of hygiene. The cutlery in the baskets on the tables was dirty, my plate had greasy fingerprints all over, the glasses that came with the water were also dirty, the floor is so greasy that it's sticky and slippery when you walk, there were food and rubbish under some tables, and the tables didn't get wiped after customers had left. The time before last, my taco filling was so salty I could hardly finish it, while the last visit, it had hardly any salt and there was no salt on the tables.
