Order Spot-On & Well Packed: I grabbed a mix of classics: Original Recipe chicken pieces, a Zinger combo, chips, and extra sides. Everything I ordered was in the bag—no missing sauces, no mix-ups. Packaging was neat, secure, and travel-friendly (helpful when you’re on the highway).

Hot, Fresh & Crispy: Chicken was piping hot with that signature KFC crunch, and the seasoning was on point. Chips were fresh, not soggy, and still had steam when I opened the box. You can tell when a store is on top of its cook cycles—this one was.

Over 45 mins wait! this is not the first, second, or even third time... but it will be the last... Ordered a rather large order at 1:21pm Sunday 30/1/22. Waited in store for it. yes.. they were busy... but once 3 and for orders after mine were sent out, and then my number disappeared off the board... thats when i said something. While they were telling me they were waiting another 20 mins for more hot and spicy and zinger fillets ... more orders were going out... including zinger burgers... to people that had placed orders well after mine. After i mentioned that i had been waiting for 45 mins, an elderly gentleman came to the counter after me and said the same thing, followed by a lady... same deal... their orders had disappeared off the board but had not received anything. By the time i actually recieve my order it was 2:16pm.... you do the math... that sort of wait time is absolutely disgusting. My lunch break is only 30 mins... i had been in there for 45mins... so even if i did get my order there was no time to eat it.. and i was...

My partner just went to this KFC on his drive home for work. He placed his order on the self serve machine and waited for his order to be prepared. After over 20mins of waiting, a staff member told him they don’t have the food he wants in store. My partner asked if he could be given something else as he has just waited that long and already made payment on the machine. The manager then came out and gave no apology for how long he had waited, and said she was not able to give him anything else as they “basically had no food left”, yet they were still taking other customers orders and offering alternative options. A refund was eventually offered after quite a bit of back and forth, however to not compensate for the time wasted and the rude service is wrong. The manager here needs to be re-trained on customer service and basic manners as based on other reviews it’s not up to standard.
