Normally I wouldn't review a fast food joint but this Hungry Jack's warranted a bad review. We ordered a Tropical Whopper meal and a Tropical Double Whopper meal, and a 6-pack of chicken nuggets. Every single table in the place was dirty to the point that I asked for a wipe to clean one. A staff member came out and cleaned the tables so that was good.
When the meals arrived the large chips containers were both less than half full, the nuggets were missing and the sauce was wrong (we'd ordered BBQ plum but got Sweet 'n' sour). When I went up to ask for the nuggets and to fill your chip containers the server I spoke to said, "I'm the one who loaded the bag and the chips were full when I put them in." After being completely ignored at the first window for over five minutes, we proceeded to the second window, only to be met with dismissiveness and a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of a solution, we were told, accompanied by a laugh, that we needed to turn around and go back through the drive-thru because payment couldn’t be taken at the second window. When we explained that no one had bothered to serve us at the first window, the staff member’s response was nothing short of condescending. This behavior is an embarrassment to your establishment. It’s painfully obvious that your team is in desperate need of training in both customer service and basic...
