Absolutely appalled by the level of service we received at the drive-through this morning. What was meant to be a simple coffee run turned into a deeply frustrating and unpleasant experience. We placed a group order and were met with an astonishing level of rudeness from the staff member taking our order.
The woman taking our order was visibly irritated, impatient, and openly hostile from the outset. She made snarky comments under her breath, gave us disdainful looks, and acted as though our presence was a burden. Her attitude was unwelcoming and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role.
As we tried to communicate the order, she grew increasingly annoyed, rolling her eyes and showing clear frustration at a mid-sized order that any competent team could handle with ease. Not only did she fail to listen properly, but she also completely botched the order: we received only hot drinks when we had clearly asked for a mix, and several of our dietary needs were ignored entirely â something that is not only careless but also dangerous.
This level of incompetence and disregard is disgraceful. Itâs beyond me how someone with no apparent customer service skills or basic courtesy is employed in such a role. The entire experience left a bad taste in our mouths â not just metaphorically, but quite literally, as our food and drinks were wrong and potentially unsafe.

Unfortunately, we were met with coldness and what felt like racially biased behavior from everyone in particular from a staff member named Dani.
Her body language, tone, and dismissive attitude were extremely uncomfortable and upsetting. It was as if our presenceâand our orderâwas an inconvenience to her, rather than a welcome opportunity.
We couldnât help but feel targeted and disrespected. Racism doesnât always come through in wordsâit comes through how you treat people, and Daniâs behavior was a painful reminder of that, same time she's talking every white person like it's her brother in law and to all of us, she was so rude.
No one should feel like theyâre being judged or mistreated based on their appearance or background, especially in a country as diverse as Australia. Now this all could have been a 3 star regardless the wait. The issue here is, warn us before we order our coffee to let us know the waiting time so we can make a desicion if we want to wait ( have the time to wait) or dont. I kindly said to the lady behind the coffee machine, it might be a good idea to warn us about the waiting time ( i waited for 25 min). She brushed me off saying that the trainee who was put in the busiest times of the day taking orders, didnt know to do that. So I said, Well maybe its a GOOD idea to tell her that! And she got very annoyed and sarcastically told me to have a GREAT day. My coffee was luke warm by the way. The point is, its not the trainees fault, its about being rude to your customer who waited 25 min for a luke warm coffee.
