Cocoa & Rose Cafe located inside Xotic Cars on Welshpool Road. I met the Owner yesterday & her offsider very friendly & helpful Ladies who served me yes a Swiss cheese & Vegemite toastie, yum! It's a quirky interior touch industrial being located in the Commercial area of Welshpool but full menu & even a vegan dish. The latte I had was a beaut, creamy, & long, served in glass. Good little spot with very nice coffee. I came here as I am local and thought I would try somewhere new. The visit was let down by a soggy friand cake. I recently tried the salmon sandwich and I have to say, it was a huge letdown especially for the $15 price tag. The bread was dry, the salmon portion was embarrassingly small.
