This was a complete waste of money that could have been better spent. Lesson learnt, go back to Little Lebanon for all future catering. Little Lebanon has a better menu and customer service to match.

I made the mistake of recommending Red Sea to a relative. The food was different to what she ordered (she asked for rice with meat (lamb), and they made rice with some mincemeat sprinkled on it). Attempts to even get a partial refund went nowhere. They asked for evidence the food was thrown out despite the fact that we provided a picture and brought in a sample of the food and two witnesses who helped in the kitchen, but apparently it had to show "food being thrown out" as evidence. Completely unrealistic and unreasonable to expect when my cousin was in tears at the function.

We were consistent in our feedback even though you kept changing your stance to defend yourself. You first claimed she refused to taste the food but the food she was ordering was not available for tasting. When this was raised at the second meeting, you then claimed you don't have catering options available for tasting. I don't understand why you would try to defend yourself with a claim you can't back, but that is the nature of lies, you say one thing and then another when you are questioned.

Given the fact that we have ordered from you over the years, I would have thought you appreciate loyalty and a long-term customer relationship but obviously not. As a business, your reputation is the most valuable thing so never underestimate the power of feedback. You are only looking at this as "one" order but have forgotten the many past orders made in the past and the many future orders you have cancelled.

At the end of the day, it's a matter of principle and doing what is right by customers. I regret recommending you and have stopped sharing your contacts.

We ordered for the 1st time having moved into the area (legit moved in today so we were in need of something quick and easy on moving day) and the service was absolutely amazing due to delivery times and being out of one item until the morning (which I understand 100% because they must be very popular with this quality of service and food) they called (I wish i could remember the amazing mans name but I'm just so tired and bad with names but his customer service and overall attentiveness to his customer was outstanding, he even remembered my name when I called to say thankyou) !! So to say the service was 100% is an understatement! Then onto the food, oh my gosh the quality and freshness and flavour were beyond what I've ever received from uber eats, so I cant imagine how it would be instore ! But I'm going to find out because this place definitely deserves it. The chips were amazing, the kebab took me back to my childhood and the burgers were juicy and fresh and so flavorful! My name is Simon. Me and my housemates have been ordering food from Red Sea Cafe for just a week now but always online through uber eats . Tonight we wanted to check the place out. Straight away we were greeted by one of the owners and felt very very welcome from the first chat. We then ordered our food which was on time as per usual but we decided to stay a little longer as the owners were continuing to have a friendly chat with us and I know they actually were interested in making us part of the 'family ' there. The good vibes, positive energy and the atmosphere my friend and our experience we had there was amazing . All in all great food, friendly and relaxed environment, I never post reviews on restaurants but the overall food and treatment we have had at Red Sea has has been unreal.
