Aurora Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Western Australia

Unfortunately this place has changed so much since 2020. Last year their pasta was delicious and very decently priced. Now their prices are over the roof for not even fresh made pastas. They don’t even use fresh herbs, only dried. Sauce is acidic and bland, like one you will get from a tin at the store. Pasta Napoletana for $22? Absolute rip off. Especially since they’re not even using fresh ingredients and herbs. Got charged $12 for garlic bread, which was two small slices of bread, toasted. Loved this place last year an was eating there at least once a week; the chef always made the most delicious and fresh sauce. It was $15 for Napoletana as I recall, which is the only reasonable price for pasta with tomato sauce and no meat. Now it’s completely overpriced and doesn’t taste anything like authentic...

DON'T ORDER FROM AURORA!! Is what my husband and I have learnt from tonight's failed dinner. After our pizzas finally rocked up the joy was brief as when hubby opened his pizza box he was greeted by a pizza murder scene, so to speak. The pizza must have been dropped as the base and all of the contents has piled in a a corner of the pizza box. The pizza is inedible. Called the manager who was extremely rude and would take no responsibility and tried to argue that it wasn't his problem. The pizza i ordered did arrive intact, but it's one of the worst pizza I've had and it seems like even making a simple magherita pizza was too hard of a task for them to make. Won't be ordering from here again and I would warn anyone who is considering to do so. Save your time, effort and money and order from...

Had a carbonara pasta, with Ravioli, not only did the Ravioli tasted as if it was supermarket quality, but so did the carbonara, the carbonara tasted like the sauce you get in the glass jar already pre made, now I can't rate their pizza's since I never tried their pizza's before , don't think I will either, but their pasta was a supermarket abomination that was worth realistically $5, how it would be $17 for a large meal with supermarket goods...slapped together...oh it gets better, and the meal was done in less then 10 minutes, I get it, you guys are making a killing from your laziness, but do you really think everyone is gonna be that gullible, absolutely filthy...there is no authenticity with this place.
