So where do I begin? I never write negative reviews as I prefer to try and sort out the issue with the restaurant.
The worst thing is, is that Khanna’s food is great- can not fault it. The service is non existent. I have ordered delivery a few times In the past few months.
The last 2 seperate deliveries I have waited OVER 2 HOURS for food delivery. The first time, After contacting the restaurant multiple times to ask where the order was, I got no apology - just a ‘it’s on it’s way’ not even asking who the delivery was for. The first time, my order was incomplete and I contacted them via FB messenger. They offered a discount and free delivery. And to replace the items missing from the initial order.
It’s not about getting discounts, it’s about proper service and doing right by your customers, I only live 8 minutes from the restaurant so it’s not like it takes an hour to drive 8 minutes. On both occasions I had friends over for dinner, Not that they cared though, we were waiting until 10pm to receive our order.
They asked that we try them again after I said I would not, well, I ordered again on Saturday, delivery, did not use any discounts they offered as I wanted to know if they had actually taken any steps to improve their service.
Well, another 2 hour wait, I ordered at around 7pm, didn’t receive the delivery Untill past 9pm, we called them, same story, delivery man just left, will be their soon, not knowing or asking who or which order I am calling for! An hour later, food arrived, the order was complete but stone cold. A 2 HOUR WAIT!
I have contacted the restaurant again through FB! Alas no response. Such a pitty cause the food is great, however the restaurant needs to invest in some customer service training as it will soon loose many...

Unfortunately the lady at the till overcharged me for both items, and was quite rude and not apologetic. One item she said she had not remembered the correct price, and the second item she argued I was in the wrong but when I showed evidence of the price on her own restaurant’s website she blamed the website saying it was ‘old’. Mistakes happen, but it is disappointing that her attitude was not genuinely apologetic but instead annoyed and aiming to make the customer prove it to get the right prices! If the response to this review is their stock standard ‘we didn’t find evidence of your sale’ it will be even more disappointing, as they are not taking on board real customer feedback - I was most definitely...
Read moreI seriously don't know where to start as my experience at khanna restaurant was terrible. They have the worst customer service. I couldn't believe when the waitress came to our table with a dull and unsmilling face and said " here is your plate" instead of politely excusing herself and place the plate infront of us. I've been many restaurant and this was the fist time i was expected to take my plate from the waitress hand and to top it up our plates were dirty and we had to use the paper told to wipe off the plates. My 6 year old daughter was never given a plate. We had use the side dish plate to feed her. We ordered some dessert with the same waitress and she never actually put the order through and i had to make a second request to finally get my dessert. The food wasnt great either it was pretty...
