After months of driving by the under-construction location with the BBQ-looking signage, we noticed it had finally opened, so we had to give this place a go. Tonight, we went to the newly (7 days) opened @ AussieRibHouse for dinner. The space was modern, inviting and had a casual, relaxed feel. Thoughts on our food: We shared a rack of bourbon glazed back back pork ribs + quinoa & feta salad. Our baby back pork ribs were under-seasoned, and in my opinion lacked sauce; and because they were so lean, some bites were borderline dry. We did ask for rib sauce, which when it eventually arrived to our table, was surprisingly served room temperature (so this evening: cold) - first time at a BBQ place that I've had additional rib sauce delivered not hot! Adding the sauce helped a little, but I couldn't help but wonder how much better the ribs would have been if they were well-seasoned and sauced to begin with. Such a pity. Our serve of quinoa & feta salad desperately needed more quinoa. As obvious in the photo, you can see a mound of mixed leaves and pretty much every other ingredient in the salad mentioned in the menu, but wouldn't know there was quinoa in that mix. The almonds were a nice textural contrast, however for me it was a miss flavour-wise. A special mention has to be made of the unexpected and unwelcomed mix of chunks and slices of red onion that was in the salad - it a very unpleasant surprise for me since I'm not a fan and did ask if there was any in the dish when we placed our order; they'd listed pretty much all the other ingredients in the salad, so why exclude this one with the distinct and pungent flavour? And no, I didn't enjoy picking out both the chunky and thin slices of red onion in my salad. Service: All the servers we interacted with seemed a little frazzled but were doing their best on a pretty busy Wednesday evening. Even though service felt pretty haphazard overall, everyone was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about providing their diners with a positive experience -they were the best part of the experience I had at Aussie Ribs this evening. I think Aussie Ribs is a spot that has potential, and in my opinion might have been well-served if they stated to customers via their socials, and in-store signage, etc, that they're in "soft opening" - this is of course based only on my personal experience there this evening. With other BBQ places in and around Perth on my list to try, I can't say I'll be back too soon, but I am curious about what my experience here would be like in 6-12months.🤞🏼will update my review if/when that happens.

Wow, wow, wow, wow, what a great ribs burgers steak place. We booked a Friday evening and I suggest you do too as this place is going off. The restaurant is large but not noisy with a massive tv on each wall. It’s clean and friendly, with tables and booths as options to sit. The seats are very comfortable and tables a good size which turned out to be necessary as we watched the servings go past us to other patrons, they looked a good size. The menu is a good variety of burgers, steaks and ribs with fish options as well as salads. We ordered a meat platter which has a mixture of beef ribs, pork riblets and chicken wings with sides of corn and chips. We added some pork ribs to get a variety of flavours. Our waitress Deepika was extremely helpful giving us advice on what other customers had said and experienced about some dishes, this helped us make the right choices for us, thank you Deepika for excellent service throughout our evening. The serving was huge, even when it arrived Deepika joked we would need to take some home, which we did. People on an other table laughed at the size of our platter, we laughed later at the size of their burgers. We have had Beef ribs elsewhere and they have been tough, dry and chewy… not these, everything was tender, falling off the bone, juicy and very tasty with a variety of flavours, we ordered a side of garlic buttered corn cobbettes, yummy. The chips were fresh and hot. We could see the kitchen from our table and it looked clean and the chefs well presented and enjoying themselves. There is a sink with soap and paper towels in the passageway to wash our hands as I am a fingers man when it come to ribs n wings! We commented on the way home this could be replicated throughout the metro area as it is a great rib n burger n steak place. We will go back as it is excellent value for money as well as clean comfortable and great staff and food. Try it you won’t be disappointed! The best ribs we have had in, I think, ever. Thank you to the staff and chefs.

Unsatisfactory and Disappointing. 2 of us were so excited to try this place and I ordered baby back pork ribs, side of chips and coleslaw with a banana milkshake. Service was great, atmosphere was chill. the food looked alright but none tasted like it should. The milkshake was majority just syrup and I mixed it as much as I could with the milk but it was really over powering. Never had that experience before. My ribs were quite fatty, tough and not flavourful, the rack looked dry when it came out, when i tried to separate the ribs it was incredibly tough to do so and it was dry as heck. We had no sauce until we asked for more which we got and appreciated, the staff were nice which helped but I didn't finish eating because it just wasn't a nice meal. Coleslaw was highly lacking in that coleslaw flavour. Usually its lightly tangy, refreshing and sweet from the Mayo dressing and this one was bland and just had small amount of creamy dressing. No flavour. Nothing wrong with the ingredients except the dressing, it was way off.. The chips were cooked in old oil and it was only the middle of the week ?? and the chips had crumbs from prior deep fried cooking. (If you have worked with chips or just know quality, you'll understand.) Not sure if it was just a bad day but I was not expecting to waste money because everything was bad ?? Sure maybe one or 2 things but not the lot..

I was on a work trip to Perth and wanted to see good places to eat out. I found Aussie Ribs with a very high rating and thought to give it a try. I can assure you that it didn't let me down at all.

Firstly, the staff were so welcoming and made us all feel very comfortable. Once we were seated with the menus. The staff gave us enough time to make our decision for drinks and took the order. While the drinks were being made and we made the final decision for food, the staff took our food order. The staff know the menu very well and were able to help us in making good choices on the order. The drinks came out very quickly and it was very nice. The staff were always very attentive and made sure we were okay with everything. I also have to say that the place is kept very clean and the ambience was excellent.

When food came out, which was once again within a good time frame. It did not let us down. The portion sizes were excellent, and the food was just perfect in all ways.

For starters, we had the prawns and chicken wings. The prawns were so fresh, and it was cooked to perfection. It was juicy and so tender. The chicken wings were so flavorful, and the hot buffalo sauce was just the right amount for all of us. Marinated to perfection and tasted excellent.

With the mains, we ordered the ribs and steak combo, steak and chips, chicken burger, and salads. Once again, the portion size was perfect for all of us.

The beef ribs were the best ribs I have ever had. They were fall of the bone and so succulent, cooked to perfection. Steak was cooked to the exact way I wanted, which was medium well. It also came with chips and sauces. The mushroom sauce for the steak was packed with flavour, and you could feel how fresh it was. It did not disappoint at all.

The burger and salad were very nice as well and it met all our expectations.

Overall, the food was just amazing, and I couldn't fault anything at all. All the food and drinks were rightly priced and it was very affordable. I was very happy that I found this place because we were given a service above our expectations. I visit Australia quite often due to the nature of my job as a Pilot. So, having found this place at Perth, now I know where to request flights so that I can try the ribs again. I would 100% recommend this restaurant and their service to you all.

I was so happy and satisfied with the service, food, drinks and everything. I really couldn't find a fault and would really recommend this restaurant to everyone. Please do give it a try...
