I didn't realise this was part of a Hotel but that didn't mean anything other than, Hotel menus are usually obnoxiously expensive with little imagination unless it's a Four/Five star. I was pleasantly surprised by what it had to offer and at reasonable prices. I ordered an entree, )salt n pepper squid - no salt or pepper so disappointed because that's why I buy it), main and cocktail all for $76 and was happy. My entree actually came before my drink and it was relatively quick to arrive. I don't think I waited 10mins for it to arrive. Was nice and didn't "wow" me but still it was nice. If you like plain aioli with squid then you'll like this. My main was 350gm Sirloin with chips, garden Salad and caramelised onion and garlic & herb butter on the steak. My salad was what you get out of a packet with one cherry tomato, although I found a sliver of capsicum (only 1) and some, few, red onion slices. So that was disappointing. The dressing was nice. My steak (med-rare) was absolutely delicious coupled with the caramelised onion (I don't normally eat cooked onion even caramelised but I did this time) it was bloody lovely and the butter made it that much more nice and flavorful. My pink Gin strawberry smash cocktail was bloody delicious too. The place is quite stark in terms of furnishings and arrangement. It doesn't evoke that sense of warmth or even comfort, it was "clinical". Overall though it was nice and I would go back. Btw, I started eating before I remembered to take pix.

This restaurant is connected to a hotel and there are a moderate amount of parking spaces just beside the building. The simple modern ambience of the place actually works very well for a night meal. We came here for the first time to have late dinner and the experience was better than expected. The service was excellent and the waitress was friendly throughout our time there. It didn’t take very long for all our dishes to arrive too so I’m really happy with the service. Food-wise, the caesar salad and meat lovers pizza are great while the baby onions that were being used in the salad of the fish & chips was surprising and delicious. My only criticism is that the sauce of the potato gnocchi is too salty for my liking but excellent good, otherwise. In terms of the food prices, it is quite reasonable and we did not feel that it was overpriced. We found this place by chance and I always like places that surprise us with good food and service so I would definitely be happy to come here again.

Visiting Perth on business. Just perfect. Super friendly and attentive waitresses. Very switched on and paying attention to customers. There are a lot of solo business diners here on weeknights, probably staying at the attached accommodation. Sophisticated presentation, flavours and quality for quite a reasonable price. Vegetarian main $24, dessert $14. Exquisite tiramisu, complete with chocolate curl, and proper ganache on the plate, not some pre-packaged sauce you're so often served. There was an adjoining area with more casual pub meals and high tables. I was very happy to find a proper restaurant in the suburbs. I'd be a regular if I were a local. Again, the waitresses were hospitality professionals, and the chef accomplished. 👌

Staff were awesome. Friendly and bubbly and very accommodating. I'd rather be asked more than once for a drink than not at all, means the staff are doing their job 👌🏼 Would never complain about over service after experiencing no service at all from other establishments. I have been served home made laksa soup from a traditional Singaporean lady I used to work with. Since then I have mad cravings for a good laksa soup. The chefs did not disappoint! Craving satisfied! If I had one critique though, I would have had it as hot as they do in Singapore. I like my chili though. For the average person who would eat it though it was a nice mild heat. Would definitely recommend it. If I lived local I would definitely be back. We live in a time where people have strange perceptions and expectations on reality. So I like to pay credit when credit is due. Thank you to the staff and chefs. I'm not easily impressed so...
