Big Poppas Pizza Pasta & Panini — Restaurant in Western Australia

Ate lunch here with family. We ordered a lasagne, a chorizo arribiata and a pepperoni pizza. The chorizo pasta was really acrid and bitter to eat with the seasoning and spicing all messed up. I mentioned this to the woman serving us and she just showed us the menu thereby confirming what it was! I chose not to take it any further as I didn't see it going anywhere as it was clear I didn't like it and she wasn't prepared to do anything! The lasagne was a little better but it was cold in the middle. The pizza my daughter ate mostly, but when I tried it the dough base was not completely cooked. To wash this meal down we chose to stick with the provided chilled water, but this was awful, tasting like it had come from a chlorinated swimming pool. The overall meal was one of the worst experiences here in Oz thus far but the cook and waitress were friendly enough if a little oblivious to how unhappy their paying customers...

Ordered online clunky website as it had specials didn’t select specials icon as the list of food was below and ordered pizza at normal price and paid for delivery thinking it would be corrected at checkout. My bad as I thought it would be easy for customer service to send through a refund all of seven dollars as many people must have done the same. Oh no it’s too hard they can’t review previous orders sounds like money laundering. Don’t ask customer service as Mark doesn’t know how to rectify the problem and as I replied the website is clunky and us old fellas find a lot of websites unfriendly and clunky just like his customer service. Apart from the pizza arriving a little late it was very well made and tasted really good. Yes it was my mistake by not following the icons and ordering from the correct location just won’t be making that mistake on this website again! I would recommend the pizzas not any follow...

Actually looks like a nice little restaurant so I decided to dine in. That was the first mistake. It’s so hot in there it’s uncomfortable. One little Aircon vent down the end of the room. And after 45 minutes of ordering a kebab it still wasn’t started. Maybe hire more staff but that wouldn’t be easy with those condition of basically working in an oven! Why would you not open the doors cause there is no fresh air whatsoever. So I went next door to dominoes and got a yummy pizza in 10 minutes....
