Read moreNot our first meal here, by a long shot, but my least favourite by far to date. Fell short of previous visits and unfortunately therefore, my expectations. The Cacio e Pepe which was finished off beautifully inside a parmigiana wheel could have been made with pasta water instead of hot water from a kettle, this may have provided a bit more crreaminess to the sauce, which was a bit lacking in substance and texture, plus not enough salt, but that would have been improved by using the pasta water too! In addition our main courses were not up to normal standard tonight. The ribeyes were a little overdone, and didn’t have the flavour or soft texture of a higher quality, and the usually expected steak from Luce. The lamb cutlets were quite overcooked and doused in way too much mint sauce, so no way to remove. However, the duck leg dish was beautifully cooked and enjoyed thoroughly. A couple of fabulous tiramisu’s to share between 4, add in a lovely bottle of wine and a few other drinks and you’re at $500 for dinner for four! The staff are very attentive and very good at their jobs, so zero issue there, but no so on the...
What a relaxing venue and place to have lunch.
We were recommended to come here and it didn't disappoint. Options to sit inside and our, lovely staff and service.
It's also set up for different vibes. You can chill and overlook the pool, sit outside under the ceiling fans or enjoy table service inside in the air conditioning.
The food was yummy with my favourite being the Calamari. It was very lightly dusted and seasoned well.
Some very minor improvements for the food could be more lemons slices for the portion sizes (recognise here I could of asked for more lemon as well) and the breaded chicken breast was a tiny bit dry but still yummy.
We would return and can't wait to sample more...
Read moreUnsurprisingly good. Ambience poolside was a touch with the palm trees, mood lighting and acoustic covers. Staff are fantastic, energetic and personable. Cayley was kind enough to look after us so well sharing recommendations and quick to order drinks upon arrival. Our table of ten consumed most of the menu and it was on point. Can highly recommend the Burrata, focaccia, bruschetta due to being so fresh and tasty. I couldn’t help but take on the Tee Bone Steak which didn’t disappoint. Cooked to perfection and the spuds were out of this world. A memorable and unexpected dining experience. Not one complaint from the table and mostly...
