Brighton Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Western Australia

I have bought fish and chips over the years here once a fortnight, slowly the quality has been declining and last nights order (double portion of fish had me vomiting within an hour. The fish tasted off, my cats would not touch it and like clockwork I spent my night above the loo. The next day I called them up and explained it to them and then they started to question me, heck i saved all the food (left it on the table after i had 1/4th of the first fish) moving between my bed and my bathroom most of the night. The lady was very apologetic yet saying they were selling x fish and x boxes of squid rings trying to make it like i am making it up. Then offered to refund me the portions of fish and not the 20 squid rings that i could not eat because i was above the loo all night. I've had fish & chips all over the world and I can honestly say, Brighton is the best I've ever had. Not only that, but it's consistently at an insanely high standard. I've had fish & chips from here maybe 20 times since it moved to Innaloo.

Don't bother with phone orders tho. Every time I do, I come in 5 mins before they say it'll be ready and pay. Then I spend the next half hour watching people who've come in after me place walk in orders and get their food before me. 3/4 fish & chips isn't complex either.

Fish and chips on Good Friday - it’s a thing! When we decided to have fish and chips last night we factored in a wait time - that’s also a thing! Every good fish and chip shop has crowds and wait times on this particular evening of the year (one year at another establishment, I was told it would be over two hours - and it was well and truly over that time).
